RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are dissatisfied with your order, for any reason, you can return your item(s) for 
a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date. Incorrect shipments are required to be returned within fifteen (15) business days to avoid being invoiced for the items.

X Factor Partners LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges on returned products unless the item is deemed defective, damaged or error in shipment quantity or address. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is deemed damaged or error in shipment quantity or address.

Refunds: The full refund will be issued only if the merchandise is in “unused” condition and the product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received.

Exchanges: An exchange can be made for a different size of the same current product 
of equal value.

To begin the return process, please write to customerservice@xfactorbelt.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Returns ARE NOT accepted without an RA number.

All returns should be mailed in a prepaid, insured and traceable method such as 
FedEx or UPS to the address below.

The product must be in unused and undamaged condition to qualify for a refund or exchange and is subject to inspection by X Factor Partners LLC upon receipt.

A return authorization (RA) number will be given and a return label and will be enclosed with the shipment to correct the order for any items that are received in error. The items shipped incorrectly are required to be returned to X Factor Partners LLC within fifteen (15) business days to avoid being invoiced for the items.

Defective Products: All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for one hundred eighty (180) days from receipt of the order. X Factor Partners LLC will repair, replace or refund sales price upon its discretion.
Manufacturer’s defective products are replaced free of charge and shipping cost.
To report defective products, contact X Factor Partners LLC at customerservice@xfactorbelt.com. At that time, a return authorization (RA) number will be assigned and a return label will be sent via email for the defective product.

After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, product can be returned to:
